The Right to Opt-out of Data Sharing and Sales

Requests by Authorized Agents
If you are a business partner located in California, you have the option to authorize an agent to act on your behalf and make CPRA rights requests. The authorized agent can submit a request by emailing us at policy@AGI7.ai.
In such cases, when an authorized agent represents a California business partner, we may:
1. Verify that the authorized agent is registered with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California.
2. The California business partner must give written permission to the authorized agent, indicating that they are okay with the agent acting on their behalf. “Signed” means either a physical signature or an electronic signature in line with the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, Civil Code 1633.7 et seq.
3. Verify the identity of the California business partner as we would if the partner were making the request themselves.
4. Obtain confirmation from the California business partner that they granted the authorized agent permission to make the request.
Limiting or Declining Requests
Please be aware that we may decline to fulfill your request, whether in part or in full, under certain circumstances, such as:
- When the information is governed by specific state and federal laws that fall outside the scope of CPRA rights requests, such as the GLBA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) or HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act),
- If we are unable to identify you within our systems,
- When we cannot confirm that the personal information we maintain is linked to you,
- When we cannot verify your identity or your authority to make requests on behalf of another business partner (this pertains specifically to access, deletion, and correction requests),
